These Terms of Use govern your use of the Domiq app and the related website, unless mandatory statutory provisions or overriding platform terms apply.
Domiq is an app for organizing home-related tasks, items, areas, documents, and reminders. The specific feature set may change over time through updates.
You are responsible for the content you store or link inside the app. You must not use the app for unlawful content or in a way that infringes the rights of third parties.
We aim to provide the app and website with the highest possible availability. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Paid features may be offered through in-app purchases in the Apple App Store. Prices, billing periods, trial periods, and cancellation terms are shown by Apple during the purchase flow. Billing and payment processing are handled by Apple.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Domiq in accordance with these Terms of Use and the applicable platform rules.
We are fully liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and where liability is mandatory by law. In all other cases, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable typical damage.
We may update these Terms of Use where there is a valid reason, for example due to changes in the app, technical requirements, or applicable law.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
