Terms of Use

These Terms apply to your use of Red Flag Radar Check, which may appear in the installed app as Red Flag Radar, and the related legal/support pages. They do not replace mandatory consumer protection rights or Apple’s App Store terms.

License note: Unless a custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app.

Service description

Red Flag Radar Check is a self-reflection app for reading unclear interpersonal signals more calmly, choosing a next step, drafting calm replies and reflecting on boundaries. The app may use the shorter name Red Flag Radar in the installed app and related materials. The feature set may change through updates.

No professional advice or emergency service

The app provides reflection support only. It is not medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, diagnostic, legal, financial, emergency or crisis advice. It does not assess another person’s character, intent, risk or mental health.

Urgent situations: If you or another person may be in danger, contact local emergency services, crisis support or a qualified professional immediately.

User responsibility

  • Use the app for lawful personal reflection only.
  • Do not enter unnecessary identifying details about other people.
  • Do not rely on the app for safety-critical decisions.
  • Check any suggested wording before using or sending it.

Age and suitability

The App Store age rating is configured in App Store Connect. Red Flag Radar Check is not intended to replace parental guidance, professional support or age-appropriate supervision where needed.

Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Red Flag Radar Check may offer auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases through Apple. The exact subscription duration, price, trial period, renewal terms and cancellation options are displayed by Apple in the App Store purchase flow and configured in App Store Connect.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Billing, cancellation, refunds and payment method handling are managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

If there is a difference between a general description on these pages and Apple’s purchase sheet, the information displayed by Apple during purchase is the decisive purchase information.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app useful and reliable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Features, content and design may be changed, improved or removed through updates.

Prohibited use

  • Unlawful, abusive or harmful use.
  • Attempts to bypass technical protections or paid access.
  • Use that infringes the rights, privacy or dignity of others.

Liability

We are fully liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where liability is mandatory by law. In all other cases, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable typical damage, as permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your place of residence provide otherwise.
