Please include
- Your device model.
- Your iOS version.
- The app version/build if visible.
- A short description of the issue.
- Steps to reproduce the issue, if possible.
- Whether the issue concerns recording, projects, scripts, cover selection, export, paywall, subscription restore or Frame Assist.
Subscriptions
Purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, refunds and billing are handled by Apple. For billing issues, Apple Support or your Apple account subscription settings may be the right place to start.
Privacy-friendly support
Please do not send unnecessary private videos, faces, names, addresses, screenshots with sensitive content or identifying information about other people. A short technical description is usually enough. If a screenshot is necessary, please hide private information first.
Frame Assist questions
Frame Assist checks face position locally on your device for framing guidance. It does not identify you, rate your face or upload face data. More details are available in the Face Data and Frame Assist section of the Privacy Policy.
Not for emergencies
Support email is not monitored as an emergency channel. FrameReady Camera is a creator productivity app and is not an emergency, safety, medical, legal or crisis service.
