These Terms explain important rules for using FrameReady Camera, whose iPhone icon is shown as FrameReady. The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and uses Apple in-app purchase infrastructure for subscriptions.

Apple Standard EULA

These Terms are intended to supplement the Apple Standard EULA for practical app, support and subscription information. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA in relation to licensed app use through the App Store, the Apple Standard EULA applies to the extent required by Apple’s rules.

App purpose and available access

FrameReady Camera is a creator camera workflow app. It helps users prepare framing, safe areas, scripts, talking-head position, covers and export steps before editing. The app may provide Free access and Premium access. Premium features may include additional guides, creator workflow tools, prompter features, project/take limits, export options or other advanced functions shown in the app.

Available features may vary by app version, device capabilities, iOS version, selected settings and App Store availability.

Auto-renewable subscriptions

Premium access may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions purchased with Apple in-app purchases.
The app shows the subscription title, duration, price, trial information where available, renewal information and links to Privacy Policy and Terms before purchase.
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple through your Apple ID.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple account subscription settings before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation, refunds, billing questions and subscription management are handled by Apple under Apple’s App Store rules.
You can restore purchases in the app where the restore option is available.

Actual prices, trial availability, taxes, currency, renewal dates and subscription status are shown by Apple and may vary by region or account.

Your recordings and content

You are responsible for the videos, scripts, covers, project names, exports and other content you create, save, share or publish with the app. You must ensure that your content and your use of the app comply with applicable laws, platform rules and third-party rights, including privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark and consent rights.

Please do not record or publish people, private spaces, confidential information or third-party material without the permissions required for your situation.

Important limitations

No guarantee of reach, views, engagement, sales or platform approval.
No guarantee that a post will comply with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or other platform rules.
No official partnership, endorsement or integration with TikTok, Instagram or YouTube.
No medical, legal, safety, emergency or crisis service.
No biometric identification, face recognition or identity verification service.

FrameReady Camera provides framing assistance and workflow tools. It does not replace your own review of recordings before publishing.

Acceptable use

You may not use the app in a way that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, invasive of privacy, infringing, misleading or intended to secretly record people where this is not allowed. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, misuse or disrupt the app, payment system or App Store infrastructure except where mandatory law allows otherwise.
